How much does ReturnFlowHQ cost?

Pay-as-you-go — you pay only for the SMS messages you send. No monthly minimum, no platform fee, no annual contract.

Do I get send credit at signup?

New accounts get $10 in signup send credit. A card is required at signup so later sends can bill as you go. That is prepaid message credit, not a free month and not a refund. After it is used, you pay only for messages sent. Fees are not refundable except where required by law.

What is included in the platform?

Everything: unlimited AI campaigns, Square sync, per-location analytics, compliance guardrails, opt-out management, and priority onboarding support.

Are there per-location fees?

No per-location platform fees. Each location uses the same pay-as-you-go model — you pay for the messages sent from that location, nothing else.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. No contracts, no lock-in. Pause or cancel from your dashboard whenever you want.
